HEALTH SOLUTIONS FOR NORMAL SKIN 🍎

To maintain normal skin as you age will be more challenging.
Do not wait as you grow older, by starting to follow a healthy diet and exercise program.
Rotation of ingredients both in your diet and skincare is the key to maintaining a healthy atmosphere.
Eating fresh, bright veggies, and oily foods such as fish, avocados, and fruits.
Changing your food intake to rotate vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants offering continuous nutrition to the body and skin is a must.

SUGGESTED SKIN ROUTINE FOR NORMAL SKIN
It's a simple 5-step process
1. Cleanse
Herbal Foam Cleanser, highly recommending an Ultra sonic cleansing brush. You will see a definite difference in your cleansing experience. (See product page)
2. Tone
Lucy recommends the Anti-Aging or the Herbal Toner for Toning.
3. Treat
Lucy recommends Tight and Light Gold 3, your extreme antioxidant.
EYES
Lucy recommends the Kool Eye Gel, a botanical filled gel for congested, puffy eyes. This also aids in capillary reduction which causes fluid. Be patient my friend, this product is very effective, however will take time.
*Recommendation: Refrigerate for a higher cooling process which will aid in additional reduction of puffiness
You can also use the Complete Eye formula. This was designed to treat and hydrate the delicate thinner skin around the eye area. The chosen ingredients are known to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and dark circles, while lifting and firming the skin. Be patient my friend, this product is very effective and will take time.
4. Moisturize
Boost serum, this rich hyaluronic, botanical serum will moisturize and tighten skin.
You could also use DMAE repair, A light highly moisturizing emollient that completely absorbs. Filled with hyaluronic and DMAE to aid in skin fiber loss.
5. EXFOLIATE
Walnut~Mint exfoliant. Or Bamboo cream peel.
