*Best seller. Joe Blasco is a highly pigmented concealer infused with 65% color pigment, most concealers on the market are much less % of pigment. This product has been used for Television and movies for years. Lasts for hours, a creamy must to have in your glamour box. I have personally used this product for years as a make-up artist, and personally in my make-up regime.

Special Yellow or Orange Highlight #1 how do you choose?

Orange highlight #1 has slight more color. If your coloring is Medium, golden I would recommend Orange highlight #1. If you have red, purple or brown challenges on the lid / corner eye area, I recommend Orange Highlight #1 for you.

Special yellow is a bit brighter, a color range for a lighter skin tone.  However, both are very effective for a large color range.

Note: Special Yellow is 'NOT' as bright as seen. Truly a soft yellow.

How to: 1. Apply Joe Blasco concealer, using a damp sponge or small concealer brush. Apply evenly over entire eye area, buffing out into the higher cheek area. Go over darker inner corners of eyes if needed several times. DO NOT apply several times all eye area because of inner eye being darker. This product has a high pigment range so a little goes a long way.

2. Apply a Matte neutral eye shadow (see LL stand alone eye shadow) over special yellow/orange highlight  with a  fluff brush (see accessories). This sets your creamy Joe Blasco concealer.

TIP* If your have a few creases under or on lid area after applying buff out prior to applying your neutral 'Matte' eye shadow. You can now proceed with your color eye makeup, eye liner ect.

3. Apply foundation, blend where foundation and concealer meet.
